Late arrival for an appointment may lead to a deferred appointment time, or loss of appointment slot Payment and Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Once an appointment is booked and paid for, refunds are not provided. Rescheduling Free Reschedules: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late Reschedules: For rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. Same-Day Reschedules: Unfortunately, same-day rescheduling is treated as a cancellation, and 100% of the treatment fee will apply. Cancellations and No-Shows Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. We understand that life happens, and emergencies may arise.
